Join co-hosts Delaney Rhea and Heather Fleming each week as they hold “comfortable conversations about sometimes uncomfortable topics” related to equity issues. Their podcast covers a wide variety of topics, and their discussions are filled with information, tips, and lots of laughter. You’ll finish every episode feeling as if you’ve just spent time chatting with old friends.

Level 3: Leaders in Equity, antiracism, and Parity (LEAP) Institute
LEAP Institute is a training program for individuals interested in becoming leaders in their individual realms of influence. Through this 6-week program, individuals will work on examining their realms of influence and creating an equity plan that guides participants to create effective change in the homes, schools, places of employment, organizations, and communities.
Done as a combination of webinars and live sessions, participants will learn more about equity work and the most effective ways to create real change. Package includes training videos, schedules for live sessions with leaders Heather Fleming and Delaney Rhea, as well as supplemental materials such as books and original learning aids.
