Delaney joins us as the Leaders in Equity, Antiracism, and Parity (LEAP) Institute Coordinator. She works closely with Heather to plan, develop, and coordinate all aspects of the LEAP Institute including fundraising and daily operations. Her passion for this work matches with her innovative spirit and empathetic nature to make her an excellent collaborator and coordinator for the LEAP Institute.
